The objective of this Special Initiative is to eliminate obstacles to investment in African partner countries and to create more and better quality jobs locally. To do this, Invest for Jobs in a multi-sector and multi-actor sector/value chain approach and logic, focuses on:

–     Senegalese and German medium-sized companies, with a grandiose interest in projects with high job generation potential;
–     professional training at the heart of the program’s support projects;
–      and projects initiated or led by women.

Our Heritage Foundation supports rural women and girls in strengthening their capacities, access to markets and the provision of agricultural greenhouses. It operates Legacy Farms, a center of agricultural excellence, and trains its beneficiaries in innovative agricultural practices for their economic empowerment.
